Booking Terms

Quotes
Every grazing table and box is quoted individually.
Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Your booking isn't confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Balance
The remaining balance is generally due about one week before your event. Terms can vary for short-notice bookings and will be shown on your invoice.
Notice
We ask for at least one week's notice for grazing tables and boxes. Shorter notice may be possible, depending on availability.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, your 20% deposit is non-refundable. Please let us know as early as possible, ideally at least one month before your event. Apart from the deposit, any other payments you've made will be refunded.
Dietary requirements and allergies
Please tell us about all dietary requirements and allergies when you book. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as nuts, gluten and dairy, so we can't guarantee any item is completely free from traces.
Food safety
Grazing food is best enjoyed fresh. Food Standards Australia New Zealand recommends that perishable food left out of the fridge is eaten within 2 hours. After 4 hours it should be thrown away.
Setup and venue
Setup usually takes around 1.5–2 hours. Please make sure we have access to the venue and a suitable table or space at the agreed time.
Hire items
For full-service tables, boards, serveware and styling items remain our property, and we return to collect them at an agreed time.
Delivery
Free delivery within approximately 10 km of Pimpama. Outside that area, delivery starts from $10 depending on location and is included in your quote.
